PREMIER is offering Core Usage Grants to support investigator usage of PREMIER Core Services. The Core Usage Grant mechanism aims to provide funds (from $1,000-$6,000) for investigator use of PREMIER Core services to generate preliminary data or “proof of concept data” for pilot grants, extend funded projects into translational studies, or generate data for submission of extramural grants. Projects should seek to advance studies of precision medicine in autoimmune disease and are encouraged to cultivate new collaborations among investigators. Priority will be given to projects that lead established investigators into new directions, or projects involving new or young investigators in studies of precision medicine in autoimmune disease. We highly encourage applicants to contact PREMIER ([email protected]) while planning the application to obtain input regarding appropriateness for this grant mechanism as well as feasibility and budgeting for core services.
